We have assembled an incredibly talented team of providers at College Hill OBGYN. Our doctors have delivered countless babies in the Wichita area and are passionate about women’s health and ensuring that you feel comfortable putting you and your babies health in their hands.



Dr. Michael Brown, MD

 

Joined College Hill OBGYN: Founder / Retired October 2017
Medical School: 
University of Nebraska

About: Michael Brown, MD is the co-founder of College Hill OB/GYN in 1981 and provided patient care in Wichita fo 35 years.  Upon completion of medical school, Dr. Brown moved to Wichita where he attended residency training in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Brown’s has experience delivered thousands of babies providing outstanding obstetrical care. Dr. Brown has dedicated years of service to teaching medical students within the University of Kansas Medical School programs and affiliated residency programs at Via Christi and Wesley Medical Center.

Dr. Brown retired in November 2017, allowing him to spend time with his family and pursue other interests.  Dr. Brown is still a mentors to the physicians and staff of College Hill OB/GYN providing guidance to ensure the tradition continues of providing compassionate comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care of women in all stages of life.

Outside the office: Dr. Brown enjoys hunting, carpentry, sailing and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.



Patricia Wyatt-Harris, MD

Joined College Hill OBGYN: Founder / Retired December 2021
Medical School: 
University of Kansas

About: Dr. Wyatt-Harris has lived in Wichita her entire life and co-founded College Hill OB/GYN upon completion of her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Wesley Medical Center. In recent years, Dr. Wyatt-Harris decided to shift her practice focus to gynecological services only. This transition has allowed Dr. Wyatt-Harris to specialize in the North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner Program. Dr. Wyatt-Harris retired in December 2020, allowing her to spend time with her family and travel in their new RV. 

Outside the Office: When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Wyatt-Harris spends time teaching medical students at the local residency programs affiliated with Via Christi and Wesley Medical Center. Dr. Wyatt-Harris and her husband attend Grace Presbyterian Church. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and is an avid WSU fan. Go Shocks!



Anna Stork-Fury, DO

Joined College Hill OBGYN: 2006
Medical School: 
Des Moines University

About:Dr. Stork-Fury was born and raised in Iowa. From a young age, Dr. Stork-Fury knew she wanted to be a doctor and her name alone makes her very popular within the Wichita OB/GYN community. Upon medical school completion, Dr. Stork-Fury moved to Wichita where she attended residency training in obstetrics and gynecology. 

Outside the Office: Dr. Stork-Fury is the master of balancing work and family. She is married with seven children between the ages of eight and 22 years. Dr. Stork-Fury and her family attend St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church where they are heavily involved in church and sporting activities.



Laura C. Whisler, MD

Joined College Hill OBGYN: 2013
Medical School: University of Kansas

About: As a child, Dr. Whisler always knew she wanted to be a doctor and take care of patients. Dr. Whisler completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology through the University of Kansas School of Medicine and Wesley Medical Center. 

Outside the Office: Dr. Whisler keeps busy with her husband, a high school teacher, and four children, of which three currently attend Mulvane schools. Her 4 children are involved in track, volleyball, wrestling and other activties. Raising four children with a busy OB practice can be difficult, however Dr. Whisler is able to take the time necessary to enjoy her growing family.


Janna Chibry, MD

Joined College Hill OB/GYN: 2017
Medical School: University of Kansas

About: Having practiced as an OBGYN in the Wichita community since 2013, Dr. Chibry is excited to join College Hill OBGYN. Previously , Dr. Chibry worked for Wesley Medical Center as an OBGYN and also served as a mid-level care provider at Wesley’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Chibry considers her patients  as family and strives to provide a comfortable and open environment. She specializes in high-risk obstetrics, robotic surgery and laparoscopy surgery.

Outside the Office: When she’s not working, Dr. Chibry enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters under the age of 4. As you can imagine, Dr. Chibry has little time for vacation but when she does her favorite activities are camping, water sports and scuba diving.


Maggie Woods, MD

About: Dr. Woods grew up in a small western Kansas town and attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Woods completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology through the University of Kansas School of Medicine and Wesley Medical Center. 

Outside the Office: She is passionate about patient care and has spent time advocating for patient rights at the state and national level through the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Outside of work, Dr. Woods enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and two dachshunds. Dr. Woods is excited about working at College Hill OB/GYN, and feels it is a privilege and an honor to assist patients to lead a more fulfilled and complete life.


Dr. Ashley Robbins, MD

Joined College Hill OBGYN: July, 2020 (In \practice since 2012)
Medical School: 
University of Kansas

About: Dr. Robbins grew up in Southeast Kansas and graduated wita a degree in Nutrition Science from K-State prior to completeing medical school and residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita.  

Outside the Office:  She is passionate about health and wellness for women across their lifespan and takes a compassionate approach to healthcare. When not working, Dr. Robbins loves to exercise, dance, and live in-the-moment with her family. Dr. Robbins has been practicing Ob/Gyn in Wichita and surrounding communities since 2012 as is excited to be part of the College Hill Ob/Gyn team!

Dr. Carla Burford, MD

Joined College Hill OBGYN: July, 2021
Medical School: 
University of Kansas

About: Dr. Burford grew up in Mexico City, Mexico. She speaks Spanish and English fluently. She went to high school in Virginia and has been in Kansas since college.  She graduated from KU with a degree in Neurobiology and completed medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. 

Outside the Office: She loves the work variety that comes with OB/GYN as well as the close relationships created. She is passionate about making a difference in women’s quality of life, both medically and sugically. Outside of work, Dr. Burford enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants in Wichita and spending time outdoors (hiking, biking, running.) She is excited to join the College Hill Team!


Mignon Brewster, RN, MBA

Joined College Hill OB/GYN as Practice Administrator: 2017
Education:   Kansas Newman University

About: Mignon has practiced as a Registered Nursing working predominately in women’s health since 1994.  She has been in a leadership roll since 2002 after continuing her education toward her goal of a Master in Business Administration.  Mignon stated “I am in awe of the physicians and staff, watching all of them provide loving compasionate care for thier patients and then go home to care for their families.  I am honored to be part of this team of strong independant women.” 


Victoria Fraizer, APRN

Joined College Hill OB/GYN: 2018
Education:   Tennessee State University

About: Tori practiced as a Registered Nursing working in Labor & Delivery in 2010, while continuing her education toward her goal to be an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and graduating in 2015.  Tori is a native Tennessean, however her husband’s strong family West Wichita roots brought the family back to Wichita.

Outside the Office:  Tori keeps busy outside of the office enjoying time spent with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs.  She also enjoys baking, crafts and any activity outside such as running and biking.
